Privacy notice

Digitalis Solutio (registered with the DTI as DIGITALIS SOLUTIO INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES) makes websites, runs Facebook and Instagram Pages, and makes business software, from San Fernando, Pampanga. This page explains what we keep when you send our project form or message us, why, for how long, and how to have it deleted. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we keep

  • When you send our project form: the answers you give, such as your name, mobile number, email (if you give one), your business details and what you need, and the time you agreed to this notice.
  • When you message our Facebook Page: your messages stay in Messenger, under Meta's own privacy policy.
  • When you visit: Cloudflare, which runs this website, checks that forms come from people, not robots. To stop floods of forms, we keep a scrambled code made from your internet address for one day, never the address itself.

We never ask for your passwords. You stay the owner of your web address, Facebook Page and Instagram: you add us as a manager, and you can remove us anytime.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, to prepare your quotation, and to do the work you ask us to do. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

  • Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the form answers.
  • Meta carries our Messenger conversations with you.

How long we keep it

  • If you order from us: we keep your form answers while you're our client and for 10 years after your latest project with us, the time the Civil Code allows for claims on a written agreement.
  • If you don't order: we delete your form answers 2 years after you send them.
  • You can ask us to delete them sooner. We will, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask what information we have about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time.

How to have your details deleted

  1. Message us on Messenger, email digitalissolutio@gmail.com, or text or call 0991 177 2980.
  2. Tell us your name and, if you have it, your form reference (it starts with DS-).
  3. We delete your answers and let you know when it's done.
